Patrick Ian Stewart, 31, of California, MD, died September 19, 2006 at his residence.

Born May 26, 1975 in Ft. Rucker, AL, He was the son of George E. Stewart of Dwight, KS and Christa R. Whitney of Spring Lake, NC. He had worked as an aircraft mechanic for Dyncorp.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Seth Ian Stewart of Waldorf, MD, step mother, Angela Stewart of Dwight, KS, sister; Elisa Stewart of FL, two brothers; George W. Stewart of NC, Joshua Stewart of FL, two step-brothers; Andrey Gevko and Bogdan Gevko both of Dwight, KS, paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Fick of Ottawa, IL, maternal grandmother, Marriana Koditz of Rommerz, Germany and a step grandfather, Anatoli Galiuchenko of Dwight, KS. He was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, George Stewart, maternal grandfather, Werner Koditz and paternal step-grandfather, James Fick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the United States and abroad.

The family received friends on Monday, September 25, 2006 in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. in Leonardtown, MD.

The internment will be private.
