Pearl Jewel Hall, 88, of Accokeek, MD, died May 31, 2011, at her residence. Mrs. Hall was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She spent her entire life raising eight children, by which she was known as "the boss." Always had to know where they were at all times, referred to them as her little ducks. She enjoyed going to the Dollar Store once a week.

Born May 14, 1923, in Norton, VA, she was the daughter of the late Lee Deskins and the late Sarah Hall Deskins.

Predeceased by her parents and her husband of 51 years, Euel Hall.

Survived by six sons, David (Virginia) Hall of FL; Alan (Joy) Hall of FL; Billy Hall of Waldorf, MD; Raymond Hall of Ocean City, MD; James Hall of Waldorf, MD; Norman Hall of Waldorf, MD; two daughters, Millie (Paul) Richmond of Waldorf, MD;and Jane Hall of Waldorf, MD; brother, William Deskins of VA; and sister, Blanche Forchine of Battle Creek, MI. Also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 6, 2011, from 5-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at 10AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel. Rev. Mark Roberson will officiate. Interment will be at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD. Pallbearers will be her sons.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
