Alberta C. O'Connor of Lusby, Maryland died Sunday, March 11, 2007 at the Bayside Nursing Center in Lexington Park, Maryland. She was 92 years old.

Born on April 24, 1914 in Washington, DC she is the daughter of the late Catherine E. and the late William G. Carr. In her earlier years, she worked and retired from the Census Bureau as an Administrative Assistant. She loved her pet dogs, including a poodle and golden retriever, riding horses with her husband the late Mickey O'Connor who was a trick horse rider, bowling (that's where she met Mickey), planting and growing flowers. Mrs. O'Connor had a real zest for life and was known to be the life of the party.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2007 from 6PM to 8PM with Services at 7PM with the Reverend Joseph Dobson officiating, at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. 30195 Three Notch Road Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622. Service and Interment 11AM Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Trinity Memorial Gardens Mattawoman-Beantown Road in Waldorf, Maryland (everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:45AM).
