Mary Feaser Younkers, 88, of Solomons, Maryland, died April 23, 2011, at Asbury-Solomons Assisted Living.

Mrs. Younkers was a registered nurse for hospitals in the Baltimore area. She was active with women's groups at St. James Church and enjoyed traveling and golfing.

Born February 16, 1923, in Woodlawn, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Feaser.

Predeceased by her parents; husband, Marvin R. Younkers; two brothers, Paul and John and three sisters, Ruth, Minnie and Katherine.

Mary is survived by her sister, Anna Hawes; son, Russell; daughter, Deborah; six grandchildren, Stacy, Michael, Scott, Kerri, Keith and Kenny and five great-grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Alex, Aaliyah, and Khloe.

A memorial service will be held on May 12, 2011, beginning at 10AM at Asbury-Solomons Assisted Living, Solomons, Maryland. Private interment will take place at later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
