Geneva "Gidget" Faye Anderson, 68, of Pomfret, MD passed away on Georgetown University Hospital on March 18, 2011.

She is preceded in death by her parent's; Woodrow W. Scott, and Suzanne H. Scott.

Geneva is survived by her husband; Albert M. Anderson. Son; Mike Anderson. Daughter; Michelle Anderson. Sisters; Lorelene S. Ramey, and Wanda Simmons. Grandchildren; Naaman J. Alajaji, Casiana N. Alajaji, Lindsey M. Lopez, and Sydney A. Lopez.

Geneva was a member of the Eastern Star. She was active in geneology, enjoyed traveling, her family. Her grandchildren called her "Nan". She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She had attended Strayer University. She had worked at Trailways Bus Service and at Norris Pyle Pontiac.

A life celebration gathering will be on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 from 1 pm until time of memorial service at 3 pm. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - 262 Danny Thomas Place - Memphis, TN 38105.
