Cian Christian Smithers, 28 of California, MD died March 12, 2011.

He was born on April 5, 1982 in Jacksonville, FL.

Cian was a loving husband, a patient and devoted father, who truly valued spending time with his family. He had a unique and unbreakable bond with his brother, Aaron. Those who came to know Cian were inspired by his care-free spirit. Our hearts will be forever warmed by his big, genuine smile.

Cian is survived by his wife, Amy N. Smithers, and his children; Aaden W. Smithers, and Samantha M. Smithers all of California, MD, his father, Gary K. Smithers and his brother, Aaron W. Smithers of California, MD.

Family will receive friends for Cian's Life Celebration on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Brinsfield Funeral Home, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow in Trinity Episcopal Cemetery, 47477 Trinity Church Road, St. Mary's City, MD 20686.
