Dallas Lee Peters, 88, of Nanjemoy, MD, died March 7, 2011, in Waldorf, MD.

Mrs. Peters was a bookkeeper for a brick yard and lived in Ft. Myers, FL for ten years. She enjoyed fishing, crabbing, camping, playing slot machines and traveled across country.

Born April 23, 1922, in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Wendell McDaniel and the late Frances Esther Fraley McDaniel.

Predeceased by her parents; husband, Bruce E. Peters; brother, Jacob Mc Daniel; sisters, Geraldine James, Alma Miller and Margaret Sloat.

Survived by her son, Edmund L. Peters and his wife, Virginia of Denton, MD; daughter, Judy M. Weisman and her husband Robert of Nanjemoy, MD; sister, Maxine Hough of Martinsburg, WV; four grandchildren, Danielle Epstein, Jake Weisman, Jamie Weisman and Jason Weisman and three great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Weisman, Catherine Weisman, and Zachary Weisman.

A graveside service will take place at a later date at Ft. Myer Memorial Gardens, Ft. Myers, FL.
