Mrs. Servis was a Homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of La Plata. She was an avid supporter of the Charles County Humane Society. She enjoyed cooking, reading, playing cards and taking care of both her home and family.

She was daughter of the late Robert H. Windle and the late Jessie May Bennett Windle

She was predeceased by her parents; one son, David Servis; and one daughter-in-law, Debbie Servis.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Herbert D. Servis; four sons, Stanley (Evelyn) Earp of Trappe, MD, Wayne (Mary Ann) Earp of Nanticoke, MD, David (Peggy) Earp of Nanticoke, MD, and Greg (Judy) Servis of York, PA; and four daughters, Judith (Donald) DeLaughter of Mount Jackson, VA, Linda (Al) Zion of Marbury, MD, Alice (John) Mattingly of Port Tobacco, MD, and Nancy (Richard) Hurley of Charlotte Hall, MD. Also survived by twenty two grandchildren, thirty six great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, February 21, 2011 from 5-8pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 12pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy will be the Rev. Billy Bowler

Interment will follow at Maryland Veteran's Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
