Linda Denise Chilson, 59, of Mechanicsville, MD, formerly of Gary, Indiana, died on February 1, 2011 at The John Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD.

Born on June 17, 1951 in Illinois, she was the daughter of Paul M. Chilson and the late Rose Capasso Chilson.

Linda was a Technical Writer for BAE Systems in California, MD. She also worked for Dart Drug, Inc. in Landover, MD and a defense contractor, Tracor, and Marconi.

In addition to her father, she is also survived by her companion, George "Elroy" Winters, brother, Paul M. Chilson, Jr.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
