Robert Martin Burch, 80, of Waldorf, MD passed away on January 23, 2011 at Civista Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Martin Burch and Mary G. Burch.

Brother; Kenny Burch. Sisters; Edith Lamoureux, and Agnes Santoro. His children; Vicki Murphy, Martin J. Burch, Susan A. Kolbe, Patrick M. Burch, Debra L. Butler, and Timothy J. Burch survive him. Brothers; Alward Burch, and Melvin Burch, and sister; Mary Ann Burch. 15 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren also survive him.

Robert enjoyed fishing, playing the slot machines, wood working, and watching college football.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2011 from 9 am until time of service at 11 am at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. in La Plata, MD with the Rev. John F. Reutemann officiating. Interment will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, MD.
