Edward Eugene Stivers, 56, of Lusby, MD passed away on October 18, 2010 at his residence. He was born on March 13, 1954 in Washington, DC to the late William Harrison Stivers, Jr. and the late Myrtle Virginia Gatts Stivers.

After high school he joined the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1976. Edward then went on to work for the Department of the Navy as an Aviation Fuel Technician.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 22, 2010 from 2 ~ 4 and 6~8 PM in the Rausch Funeral Home Chapel, Lusby, MD. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Steve Fehrman officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, MD.
