Leone Alicia Cregar Phillips Olsen, 81, of Waldorf, MD, died October 17, 2010, at her residence.

Following open heart surgery at Brandon Regional Hospital in Florida and Rehabilitation at Plaza West, in Sun City Center and later at Civista Memorial Hospital, Alicia passed away on October 17, 2010, at her residence in Waldorf, MD.

Alicia leaves a host of friends at Calvary United Methodist Church in Waldorf, MD, as well as many friends in the Maryland Fire Service, the Masonic Park and Youth Camp in Wimauma, FL and many Masonic friends at various lodges in Maryland and Florida.

Born December 8, 1928, in Birmingham, AL, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Eugene Cregar and the late Dorothy Grace Weber Cregar.

Predeceased by her parents, her first husband, Raymond Lawrence Phillips,Sr. and her son, Clyde William Phillips, at the age of 36 in 1997; sister, Dorothy Ann Bonds and brother, Clyde Eugene Cregar, Jr.

Survived by her husband, William W. Olsen and the following children, son Raymond Lawrence Philips, Jr., Karen Marie Olsen Salmon, David Allen Olsen and James William Olsen. She is also survived by the following grandchildren, Patricia Marie Salmon, Jeremy Daniel Olsen, Jennifer Louise Olsen, Julie Marie Olsen, Lorraine Phillips Evatt, Stormy Lee Breeding, Nicole Leone Nelson, Michelle Leanne Henderson and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 20, 2010, from 5PM to 8PM at Calvary United Methodist Church, Waldorf, MD.

Funeral Service will be Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 11AM at Calvary United Methodist Church, Waldorf, MD.

Rev. Robert Carter will officiate.

Interment will be at Riverside Memorial Park and will be handled by Fraser Funeral Home in Jacksonville, FL.

Pallbearers in Maryland will be Nicole Nelson, Jeremy Olsen, Patricia Salmon, Jennifer Olsen and Julie Olsen.

Pallbearers in Florida will be Lorraine Evatt, Stormy Breeding, Nicole Nelson and Michelle Henderson.
