Paul Dennis "Q" Courtney 63 of Lexington Park, MD died October 14, 2010 at his residence.

Born October 1, 1947 in Loveville, MD he was the son of the late James Alexander Courtney and Lillian Marie (Stevens) Courtney.

Paul is survived by his children, Tamara L. Gant, Monta T. Gant, and Lamaire Gant all of Lexington Park, MD, five grandchildren, siblings, Barbara A. Courtney of Mechanicsville, MD, James A. Courtney of Lusby, MD, Cecelia B. Wills of Lexington Park, MD, Joseph David Courtney of Mechanicsville, MD, Andrew L. Courtney, of Baltimore, MD, Allen R. Courtney of Mechanicsville, MD, Victoria E. Goldring of Loveville, MD, Elaine M. Dickerson of Abell, MD, Audrey A. Courtney of Loveville, MD, Theresa D. Courtney of Great Mills, MD, Joseph L. Courtney of Lexington Park, MD, Ray A. Courtney of Loveville, MD, Thomas E. Courtney of Lexington Park, MD, Michael E. Courtney of Drayden, MD, George B. Courtney of Great Mills, MD, and Francis X. Courtney of Loveville, MD.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Morganza, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Keith Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Queen of Peace Cemetery, Helen, MD.
