James Cory Fisher, age 20, died October 3, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born July 19, 1990 in Seabrook, MD, he was the son of James Carl Fisher and Elizabeth Ann Kirby Fisher.

Cory was a sales clerk who worked for Fred's Liquors in Charlotte Hall, MD. He loved soccer, played, and officiated at the games for the Northern Soccer League. Cory also enjoyed skateboarding and target shooting. Cory also began training to become a mixed martial arts fighter. He cherished spending time with his friends and music.

Cory was predeceased by his grandparents, Helen Marie Fisher and Clara Mae Kirby. He is survived by his parents and sister, Aubrie Jean Fisher; grandparents, Herbert Dixon Fisher and William Edward Kirby and the following aunts and uncles, Butch and Marty Fisher, Chuck Fisher, Cissy Fisher, Sharon Fisher, Bill and Judy Kirby and Jay Kirby.

The family will receive friends for Cory's Life Celebration on Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home, 29449 Charlotte Hall Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD.
