Peggy Sue Welsh, 55, of White Plains, MD, died August 12, 2010, at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD.

Peggy was a 1972 graduate of La Plata High School. She was a Legal Assistant for 25 years with attorney's offices in Washington, DC and Baltimore. She enjoyed gardening.

Born December 1, 1954, in Anoon, Canal Zone, Panama, she was the daughter of the late Harold F. Stelzer and the late Lelia Minerva Garner.

Predeceased by her parents; husband, James Welsh.

Survived by her son, Corey Guilliams of Baltimore, MD; daughter, Alison Guilliams of Baltimore, MD; sister, Glenda L. Stelzer of La Plata, MD; aunts, Gwynette Piper of Prince Frederick, MD; Margaret Walden of Pheonix, AZ; Marie Kelly Garner of FL; uncle, Francis Gragan of La Plata, MD.

Funeral Service will be Wednesday, August 18, 2010, beginning at 11AM at Christ Episcopal Church, La Plata, MD.

Rev. Joseph Trigg will officiate.

Interment will be at Mt. Rest Cemetery, La Plata, MD.
