Veronica "Ronnie" Ann Smith, 52 of Charlotte Hall, MD died on February 10, 2007 at her residence.

Born on April 23, 1954 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of Bernard Heinlein and the late Eleanor Kitts. Mrs. Smith was Owner/Operator of an Antique Store, Veronica's Victorian in Charlotte Hall. She also was a CCD teacher in St. Mary's Bryantown. She loved antiques.

Survived by her husband of 34 years, Herman Kenneth Smith whom she married on March 23, 1972, children, Shana Smith of Seattle, WA, Samantha Smith of Charlotte Hall, VA, Noelle Smith of Charlotte Hall, MD and Kenneth Smith of Fairfax, VA, sister, Cindy Henigin of La Plata, MD and a 1 month old granddaughter, Adrianna Smith of Fairfax, VA.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 16, 2007 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in The Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home Chapel, 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD where a Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. with Father Peter Alliata officiating. Interment will follow Trinity Memorial Gardens, Waldorf, MD.

Serving as pallbearers will be: Christopher Henigin, Sr., Christopher Henigin, Jr., John Buckler, Shawn Buckler, Ryan Buckler, and Kirk Buckler.
