Wilson Burroughs died on January 26, 2007 at P.G. General Hospital.
He was the son of Clarence Rudolph Burroughs and Mary Maude (Ryce) Burroughs. He was preceded in death by Daniel R. Burroughs; sister Mary Virginia Burroughs; and nephew Robert L. Burroughs; brother-in-law Gary Pyles. He is survived by brothers George Amory Burroughs and Garner H. (Alice) Burroughs, Sr; and sister Shirley Pyles; nephews Garner H. Burroughs Jr; Gordon Ray (Kitty) Burroughs; Tommy (Marla) Pyles; and nieces Ann Pyles; Donna (Craig) Daughtery and Velma Burroughs. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other family members and friends. Pallbearers will be Garner H. Burroughs Jr., Ray Burroughs, Tommy Pyles, Michael Foster, Gordon Burroughs II, and Jeff Burroughs. Honary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Graves, Billy Snider and Jeff McGee. Contributions may be made to Christ Church William and Mary Parish. |
