Norma B. Gough, 79, of Newburg, MD passed away at home on June 8, 2010.

Norma was predeceased by her parents; William P. Barnes and Mary C. Barnes and husband; Clarence R. Gough, Sr.

Norma is survived by her daughter: Claire Foster and her husband Brady. Step-Son; Dick Gough. 2 grandchildren; Brady & Andrew Foster.

Norma was an avid reader. She enjoyed watching football and tennis, listening to music, and loved being with her family and loving animals. She had attended the William & Mary Christ Church-Wayside Parish where at one time she had taught Sunday School.

A life celebration will be held on Monday, June 14, 2010 from 6-8 pm at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. in La Plata, MD. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Christ Church-Wayside Parish in Newburg, MD. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
