Mrs. Schneider was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Waldorf, MD. She loved gardening, canning, fishing, camping, listening to her scanner and CB radio, and especially loved her pet dog, Buttons.

She was daughter of the late Roland Earl Hamilton and the late Ethel Hamilton Robey.

She was predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Henry Hamilton and Tommy Robey; and one sister, Blanche Hines.

She is survived by her husband, George A. Schneider, Jr.; four sons, Earl (Joye) Berry of Waldorf, MD, Sonny Berry of Indian Head, MD, Benny (Gail) Berry of Waldorf, MD, and Puggie Schneider of Bryans Road, MD; one daughter, Lena Bledsoe of Newburg, MD; one brother, Calvin Robey of White Plains, MD; 19 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 20, 2010 from 5-8 PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel (5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646).

A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.

Clergy will be Father Ron Potts.

Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens - Waldorf, MD.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Berry, Jr., Terry Caddell, Chris Aleshire, Matt Johnson, Pat Stone, and Jamie Richardson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Stagg A. Leigh, Roger Bailey, and Brett Foltyn.
