Arthur E. Alexander, 98, of La Plata, MD passed away at the Charles County Nursing & Rehab Center in La Plata, MD on April 6, 2010.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Arthur P. Alexander and Minnie Alexander. Wife; Dorothy Alexander. Brothers; Arnold and Eugene Alexander.

He is survived by his daughters; Lois J. Bakondi and Marilyn A. Carpenter. 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Alexander was a collector of coins. He had belonged to the Bowie Coin Club in Bowie, MD. He loved to read and too travel.
