Wanda Iris Blake, 52 of Marbury, MD died on March 26, 2010 at her daughter's residence, Hughesville, MD.

Born on September 12, 1959 in Washington, DC, she was the daughter of George Oliver, Sr. and Elizabeth Ellen Proctor Gray. Ms. Blake was a Legal Secretary. She was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin, and friend and cherished them all.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Miki L. Hinton and husband, Joe, of Hughesville, MD, Robert M. Blake of Waldorf, MD, siblings, Tara R. Gray of Marbury, MD, Aimee M. Cox of Valley Lee, MD, G. Oliver Gray, Jr. and Schirra J. Gray, Sr., both of Indian Head, MD, grandchildren, Noah, Mason, and Isabella Hinton.

Predeceased by a brother, B. Darrick Gray.

Family to receive friends to Celebrate Wanda's Life on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 9-10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Parish, 30 Mattingly Ave., Indian Head, MD where a Mass will follow at 11 a.m. Interment private.

Serving as pallbearers will be; Robert Blake, Schirra J. Gray, Jr., Schirra J. Gray, Sr., Oliver (Chip) Gray, III, Joe Hinton, and Silas Gray.
