Mrs. Hall was a Media Specialist with the St. Mary's County School Board. She was a member of the Richard Clark Senior Center - the 2N1 Club & the Red Hats. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Newport and St. Albans Guild. She was a former volunteer at the Smithsonian and the Charles County Library Board. She was also a lifelong avid Democrat.

She was daughter of the late William Hamilton Moore and the late Elizabeth Gray Bass Moore

She was predeceased by her parents.

She is survived by her one son, Hugh (Sharyl) Hall, III of Ketchikan, Alaska, two daughters, Betsy (Sam) Graves of La Plata, MD, and Sally (Frank) Halstead of La Plata, MD, six grandchildren, Sarah and Amy Graves, Casey Vandor, and Chloe, Hugh, and Hannah Hall.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, February 15, 2010 from 5-8pm with prayers at 6:30pm at Raymond Funeral Chapel, La Plata, MD

A Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 11am at Trinity Episcopal Church, Newport, MD

Clergy will be the Rev. Bob Stephenson and the Rev. Rona Harding

Interment will be private and at a later date.
