Emma Agnes Middleton, 95 of La Plata, MD was born on December 12, 1914 in LaPlata, MD to the late Thomas and Cora Middleton. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Leo F. Middleton and brothers William Stanley Murray and Thomas Laurie Murray.

She is survived by her children Barbara Ann Ehrenstrom of La Plata, MD, James E. Middleton of Waldorf, MD, Sr. Cora Lee Middleton of Tutwiller, MS, Frances L. Rock of Westminster, MD, Muriel T. Werking of Port Tobacco, MD, and Michael L. Middleton of La Plata, MD.

Also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.

The family will recieve friends on Wednesday January 20, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm with prayers at 7pm at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home La Plata, Md. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday January 21, 2010 11am at the St. Peter's Catholic Church Waldorf, Md. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
