Thelma Ward Houck, 89, of La Plata, MD passed away on December 23, 2009 at the Charles County Nursing and Rehab Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Walter Ward and Arline Donaldson Ward. Husband; Claude Houck. Brother; Walter Ward.

She is survived by her daughters; Arlene Conover, and Nora Robertson, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be on Monday, December 28, 2009 from 8:30 am until time of Mass at 10 am at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in La Plata, MD. The Rev. Ronald Potts will officiate. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, MD.

In lieu of flowers may be made to the Charles County Nursing and Rehab Center 10200 La Plata Road LaPlata, MD 20646.
