Nancy was owner/operator of the Deli at Allentown Liquors in Camp Springs, MD which she sold and founded Cycle Concepts in Waldorf, MD and then ran, together with her husband, A Plus Paving and Concrete. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Waldorf. She loved horses, traveling in their motor home, and especially cherished assisting with the children's motorcross racing. She also enjoyed antiquing, camping, being on the water, and most of all being with family and friends.

Daughter of the late Jackie Jay Goodwin and the late Katherine Gloria Thomas Goodwin.

Predeceased by her parents.

Survived by her husband of 25 years, Richard E. Sharpe, Sr.; two sons, Dr. Richard E. (Dr. Megan) Sharpe, Jr. both of Philadelphia, PA; Patrick Thomas Sharpe of Waldorf, MD; one daughter, Kristina Elaine Sharpe of Waldorf, MD; two brothers, Jay (Erline) Goodwin of Churchton, MD and Charles (Leah) Goodwin of DE; two sisters, Gloria Goodwin of DE; Michelina Goodwin of Great Mills, MD.

Friends received on Friday, November 27, 2009, from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.

Funeral Service on Saturday, November 28, 2009, at 10 AM at Raymond Funeral Chapel.
