David Wayne Cissel, age 46, of Huntingtown, MD died suddenly on November 17, 2009. He was born December 28, 1962 in Cheverly, MD to Gordon Eugene and Helen Arlene (Corbin) Cissel.

Dave was raised in Prince George's County and graduated from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt. He later graduated from Maryland Institute of Art.

He was married to Donna Diane Hulbert October 28, 1995 in Beltsville, MD.

Dave was a self employed graphic artist.

He was preceded in death by his father Gordon E. Cissell.

Surviving are his wife Donna and mother Helen of Huntingtown.
