Mr. Carlson was a member of the Steamfitters Local 602 for over 35 years. He died peacefully on November 12, 2009 at the Capitol Hospice after a long battle with cancer. He loved bowling.

Son of the late Swann Eric Carlson and the late Agnes Bollesen Carlson

Predeceased by his parents.

Survived by his eternally beloved wife, Patricia Carlson; adored father of Erik Carlson of Odenton, MD and Sven (Ashlee) Carlson, Jr., Oakton, VA; much loved brother of Eda and Bill Evans, of Irvington, VA; loving brother-in-law and uncle to many, friend to many more.

Gathering: Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 1-2 PM with a Service at 2 PM at Raymond Funeral Chapel, 5635 Washington Avenue, La Plata, MD 20646.

Interment: Private
