Patrick DeLange Shelor, 75, November 13, 2009, Waldorf, MD.

Mr. Shelor was a life-time resident of Charles County. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corp. He was retired from the State Department as a Foreign Service Officer. He was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Waldorf.

Born October 8, 1934, in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late George Malcolm Shelor, Sr. and the late Nellie Mae Kerr.

Predeceased by his parents; brother, George M. Shelor, Jr.; sister, Janelle S. Wilson.

Survived by his sister-in-law, Frances Shelor; nephews, Michael Shelor and Steven Shelor; niece, Susan M. Shelor; grand nephews, Daniel and Mike Shelor.

Funeral Service will be private.
