Florence E. Foulk, age 86, of Prince Frederick, MD died, November 1, 2009 at Specialty Hospital of Washington, U.M.C. She was born June 3, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY to Frederick W and Florence E. (Cosgrove) Schnaars.

Florence was married to Kenneth G. Foulk, II in Brooklyn, NY on August 14, 1948. They resided in Virginia, Florida, Texas and Arizona prior to moving to Prince Frederick in 2002.

Mrs. Foulk was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Red Hat Society and the Stallings-Williams American Legion Auxiliary Unit 206.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kenneth and brothers George and Henry Schnaars.

She is survived by a son Kenneth G. Foulk, III of Prince Frederick, twin daughters Katherine F. Stevenson and her husband Dr. Eugene of Oakton, VA and Karen A. Miller and her husband Altie of Owings; grandchildren Brad Cochrane and his wife Heather of Oakton, VA, Michael Usera of KY, Christopher Foulk of Plano, TX and Bret Miller of Owings, MD. She is also survived by twin great-granddaughters Ashley and Brittany Usera of Kennesaw, GA, Cameron Cochrane of Oakton, VA and Justice and Cyreana Foulk of Plano, TX. She is also survived by a brother Fred Schnaars of Citrus Heights, CA as well as sisters-in-law Anna Fernbaugh of Mechanicsburg, PA and Gloria Schnaars of NC.
