Ricky L. Lusby, 50, of Spotsylvania, VA and of Nanjemoy, MD passed away on October 15, 2009.

He is preceded in death by his Step-Father; John J. McAndrews and brother; David McAndrews.

He is surived by his Father; Roy Lusby, Mother; Betty Jane Carter, and Step-Father; Neil Carter. Wife; Mary L. Lusby. Daughters; Brandi L. Sorzano (Robert), Amber Chaloux. Brother; John J. McAndrews. Sisters; Cheryl Wilson, Joy Chiles. and 3 Grandchildren; Summer, Sydeny, and Shawn Sorzano.

He was a devoted Husband, father, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was married for 26 years. He enjoyed camping in the family camper, fishing, loved the lottery, country music, and the Dallas Cowboys.

A life celebration will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 2pm - 4pm & 6pm - 8pm at Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, P.A. with a Service at 7 pm. Pastor Brian Corrick will be officiating. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Maryland Veterans Cemetery.

Donations may be made to either the American Diabetes Association or the Charles County Humane Society.
