Mitchell "Mitch" Dean Hudson, 49, of Leonardtown, MD died September 30, 2009 at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC. Born February 23, 1960 in Michigan, he was the son of the late George and Lelia Mitchell Hudson.

He was the loving husband of Kathrine Marie Hudson whom he married at Patuxent River Naval Air Station on July 10th, 2004.

Mitch is also survived by his siblings Glenn Hudson, Bill Hudson, Kathy Williams, Tom Hudson and Leonard Hudson all from Michigan.

Mitch retired on November, 30th 2001, as a Navy Petty Officer after 22 years of dedicated service in the United States Navy. Mitch enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 9:00 – 11:00 AM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home Chapel, Leonardtown, MD, where services will be held at 11:00 with Pastor Michael R. Jones Officiating.
