Francis "Larry" Buckler, age 59, of Fort Myers, Florida died August 30, 2009. Born July 9, 1950 in Leonardtown, MD, he was the son of Bernard Lawrence Buckler and Lucy Isabelle Buckler.

Mr. Buckler worked at many jobs during his life. He worked on a shrimp boat, farmed, had a booth at the Hughesville Bargain Barn and eventually he became a chef.

Besides his parents, Larry was predeceased by his brothers, Robert Buckler and Raymond Buckler.

He is survived by his son, Larry Nicholas Buckler; brothers, Donald Buckler and Thomas W. Buckler, Sr.; sisters, Patricia Gardiner and Margaret Guy and many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009 at 10:00a.m. at the Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD. The Rev. Dale Skurla will officiate. Inurnment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
