John Eugene Blake, 65, of Port Tobacco, MD, died July 30, 2009, at Civista Medical Center, La Plata, MD.
Born August 6, 1943, in Washington, DC, he was the son of Levi Raymond Blake and Dorothy Annette Ford Blake. Survived by his wife, Agnes P. Blake. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 5, 2009, from 9AM until time of service at 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, La Plata, MD. Fr. Robert Kosty will officiate. Interment will be at St. Catherine's Catholic Church Cemetery, Welcome, MD. Arrangements provided by Raymond Funeral Service. |
