Mildred Cecelia DeBoy, 93 of Solomons, MD, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Solomons Nursing Center, Solomons, MD. Mildred was born on March 28, 1916 in Solomons, MD to the late Nellie Beatrice Seipp Elliott and George Washington Elliott.

Mildred was preceded in death by her sister Irma Wynkoop, brothers Donald, Carlton and Leo Elliott. She is survived by her daughters Dorothy Swann and Donna Philyaw, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a great great-grandchild.
