Ann Sylvia "Bunny" Pirner, 64 of Waldorf, MD died on July 15, 2009 at Washington Hospital Center.

Born on October 12, 1944 in Nottingham, MD, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Blanche Richards Rawlings.

Ms. Pirner was Co-Owner and Secretary of LJP & Sons Plumbing. She started plumbing business with her late husband. She also leased a farm behind home and grew tobacco until 1991. Her enjoyments were redskins, loved and raised animals, having fun and cooking big family dinners. She also volunteered at Malcolm Elementary School for many years.

Beloved wife of 45 years of the late Leonard John "Buck" Pirner, a son, Michael Dean Pirner, and a brother, Benjamin Joseph Rawlings

Survived by her son Leonard John "Mack" Pirner, Jr. & his wife Christine, her daughter Ann Marie "Sissy" Pirner & her fiancé Benjamin Flerlage Jr., her sister, Priscilla "Cooky" Nelson, brother, Leroy Joseph Tippett, grandchildren, Rebecca Ann "Becky" Pirner, Benjamin Michael "Mikey" Pirner, and Vidalia Elizabeth Flerlage, and many other relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on July 21, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD where Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Deane Wolfe officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
