Edward Ronald Stewart 68 of Pomfret, Md. On May 29, 2009 at Civista Medical Center. Mr. Stewart was born on October 14, 1940 to the late Jelly and Evelyn Stewart in Washington, DC. Also predeceased by his children Little Ronnie and Dawn Marie Stewart.

He is survived by his wife Mitzi, Daughter Robin Henry and her husband Danny, Brother Raymond Stewart. Grandchildren Danny, Jesse and Taylor Dawn and many friends.

Edward was a retired from the District of Columbia Water Department. He enjoyed meeting with friends at the watering hole "Huntt's Tavern" He lived his life surrounded by his Grandchildren Danny, Jesse, and Taylor Dawn. He was one of a kind and hopes Heaven has a tavern with P.B.R.

The family will recieve friends on Wednesday June 3, 2009 from 3 to 7pm. at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, PA 211 St. Mary's Ave. LaPlata, Md. A Graveside service will be held on Thursday June 4, 2009 at the Resurrection Cemetery Clinton, Md. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
