Roger Warren Buckler, Sr., 80 of Leonardtown, MD passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026.

Born on July 31, 1945, in Leonardtown, MD, Roger was the son of the late Richard Warren Buckler and Marie Ryce.

Roger was a lifelong resident of Leonardtown. He worked many years as a self-employed barber and proudly served his country in the United States Army. Roger was a devoted family man who enjoyed spending time with loved ones and creating lasting memories at family gatherings. In his free time, he enjoyed gambling, shooting pool, and working on old cars.

Roger is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nedra Elaine Bucker; his son, Roger W. Buckler, Jr.; his parents, and his sister, Catherine Buckler.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Roger III (Brooke) and Derek (Heather); great grandchildren, Mia, Ayden, Lola, Sutton, Ella, and Avery, along with several extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a memorial service following at 4:00 PM at Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A, 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD 20650.
