Nancy Clark Gray, 60, of Hollywood, Maryland passed away on April 28th, 2026, at home surrounded by her loved ones. Nancy was born on March 3rd, 1966, in Garrett County, Maryland to the late James Patrick Clark and Linda Weimer Clark. She graduated from La Plata High School and earned her bachelor's degree in business management from University of Maryland University College. She worked for the Human Resource Office at NAS Pax River for the federal government and retired after 35 years of service in 2024.

Nancy married William "Willie" Gray on November 12th, 1988, at St. John's Francis Regis Catholic Church. They welcomed one son, Ethan William Gray, in January 2001.

Throughout their 37 years of marriage, Nancy and Willie enjoyed numerous adventures with their family and friends. Nancy loved the beach and always looked forward to traveling to Ocean City for yearly family vacation. Nancy also loved to bake and bowl shuffleboard in the St. Mary's County Northern Bowling Machine League, as well as watching her husband and son play various sports.

She is survived by her husband Willie, son Ethan, and mother Linda, and was preceded in death by her father James.

The family will receive friends on Thursday May 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with prayers recited at 7:00 PM in the Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home, Leonardtown, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM in St. John's Catholic Church, Leonardtown, MD with Father Raymond Schmidt officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Allen Gray Jr, Wade Johnson, David Johnson, Ray Thompson, Benny Johnson, and Shawn Guy.
