Joseph Michael Coulby, 64, of Hollywood, Maryland, passed away on April 25, 2026.

Born on January 19, 1962, he was the son of the late Joseph Vernon Coulby and Judy Ann Coulby (Cagle). Joseph made his living as a truck driver, a profession that reflected his independence until health issues forced his retirement. An avid reader, he lived a quiet life and never married.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Coulby.

Joseph is survived by his brother, David Coulby (Pam) of North, Virginia, and his sister, Catherine Stoner (Dave) of Newburg, Maryland. He will be remembered by his family for his hearty laugh, tender heart. He was a gentle giant who lived his life on his own terms.
