On Monday, April 6, 2026 Judi (Judith) Ann Jones departed this life peacefully in Hospice Care at Asbury Retirement Community in Solomons, MD where she resided. Born April 21, 1943 in Monterey, CA she grew up primarily in Colorado, before moving to the Washington DC area where she spent her entire professional life in the Federal Government, retiring eventually after many years of service in administrative branches of the United States Navy.

She is predeceased by her mother, Jody (Josephine) E. Tiedemann, father Henry Clarke Tiedemann, and her husband Jim (James) E. Jones. She is survived by her cousin Marna (Margaret) N. White of Chattanooga, TN.

There will be no memorial or other services. Donations may be made to a local chapter of the ASPCA in your area.
