Robert Merrill Gass, Jr.
April 16, 1959 - February 20, 2026

Robert "Robby" Merrill Gass, Jr., 66, of Bushwood, MD, passed away on February 20, 2026 at Georgetown University Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Robby was born April 16, 1959 in Leonardtown, MD, to Robert Gass, Sr. and the late Frances Wise Gass. Robby is survived by his wife, Pamela Gass, children, Robert "Jason" Gass (Brieana), Brandon Gass (Jenna), Shane Gass (Sierra), Jordan Corboo (Nora), and Corey Pilkerton, siblings, Tony Gass (Bridget), Donna Childers (Mike), Brenda Clements (Paul), and Brian Gass. Robby is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 bonus grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son, Joshua Cullins Gass.

Robby will be remembered for his love of car racing (watching and driving) and watching football. Go Ravens! Robby also dedicated many years to volunteering with his sons' football teams. Robby was an amazing cook and could always be found making something delicious in the kitchen. Robby's greatest joy was his children and grandchildren.

Services will be held on March 4th from 11am to 12pm, immediately followed by prayers with Deacon Lloyd, at Brinsfield Funeral Home in Leonardtown. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of Robby's life after services; details to come.
