Debra (known lovingly as Debbie) Lynn St. Clair, 66, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 2, 2026, in Waldorf, Maryland.

Born on May 17, 1959, in Charles County, Maryland, Debbie was the daughter of the late Arthur St. Clair and Doris (Hayden) St. Clair. She was a gentle soul who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially listening to music and watching television. One of her favorite shows was I Love Lucy, which brought her much happiness over the years. She always enjoyed getting her nails painted. Debbie loved attending the Spring Dell Day Program.

In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne St. Clair, and brother-in-law, Brent Simpson, both of Charlotte Hall, Maryland.

She is survived by her loving sister, Elaine Simpson, and sister-in-law, Nancy St. Clair, both of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, along with many nieces and nephews and other family members. Debbie will also be fondly remembered by her close friends and the staff, caregivers, and families of HARC/Providence and Spring Dell, who were an important part of her life.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with prayers at 7:00 p.m. at Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Newport Catholic Church, 11555 St. Mary's Church Road, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622, with Father Gregory Coan officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the church cemetery. Following interment, the family invites you to join them for a repast at the church hall.

Pallbearers will be Rodne Getgen, John Brown, Jr., Donald J. McEwan, Martin Shatzer, Glenn St. Clair, and Joseph C. May.
