Thomas Parran III, 78 of St. Leonard MD, peacefully passed away on November 29, 2025. Tom was born on October 2, 1947, to Thomas Parran Jr and Norma Hartge of Annapolis, Md. Tom is preceded in death by his brother, Douglas Parran. He graduated from St. Paul's School of Boys in 1967.

Tom being a lifelong resident of Southern Maryland, retired from the Calvert County Government after 28 years, he also dedicated his time to The Optimist International of Prince Frederick, and truly believed in the volunteer organization which aimed to make the future brighter for children and their communities.

Visitation is on Friday December 5, 2025 at the Rausch Funeral Home in Broomes Island, Md starting at 10:00 a.m. Services start at 11:00 a.m. following a private Interment at the Christ Church on Broomes Island Rd, Port Republic, MD
