Belinda Jane Farrell, age 74, of Lexington Park, MD, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025. She was born on April 29, 1951, in Washington, D.C., and was the daughter of the late Carroll Jenkins Farrell and the late Agnes Opal Farrell Dickenson.

Belinda is survived by her sister, Sandra Quade, her brother Ronald Farrell, her children, Stacey Farrell, Jr. (Christina) and Michael Blackistone, her loving partner, Doug Mills, her grandchildren, Stacey III, Dylan, Mckenna, Destiny, James, and Dallas, and her great grandson, Paul. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Belinda is preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother, Tommy.

Belinda was a lifelong resident of St. Mary's County, MD, and was a cosmetologist. She loved spending time and talking with her family and friends. Belinda loved her Maryland blue crabs, dancing, and planning all the family gatherings. She was loved by so many and never met a stranger; she would help anyone she could.
