Joseph Je'Von Dorsey, 25, of Temple Hills, MD departed this life on May 1, 2009. He was born on June 19, 1983 in Washington DC to Delores Dorsey and Antonio Bond.

Joseph was educated in Prince George's and St. Mary's County Public Schools. He enjoyed listening to music, especially "Gucci Mane," playing with his nephews, younger cousins, godson, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Joseph was known to many as "Joe" or "Black," but Je'Von by family. He would often joke around because he loved to see people smile, as long as his loved ones were straight, he was cool. He had a deep and special love for his "Stink," Johnesha Tibbs.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his Mother, Delores Dorsey of Loveville, MD; Father, Antonio Bond and Sister, Shanika Bond both of Temple Hills, MD; Brothers, Antoin King of Hyattsville, MD; and Meko Dutch of Suitland, MD. His Grandfather, Ned Epperson; Stepmother, Tajuana King; Stepfather, Garry Hayes; Step Grandparents James and Reatha Freeman; two nephews Antoin, Jr. and Antonio King of Washington, DC; Godson, Isaiah Chapman; Special Friend, Johnesha Tibbs and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his maternal Grandparents, Joseph and Margaret Dorsey and paternal Grandmother, Fredericka Epperson.

Family will receive friends to Celebrate Joseph's Life on Friday, May 8, 2009 from 9-11 a.m. at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Rd., Charlotte Hall, MD where Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend Charles Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD.
