Leslie Alvin Haynie, age, 78, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025 with his loving wife, Nancy Ann Swann, by his side. Alvin was born in Irvington, Virginia on February 27, 1947 to Louise and Leslie Alvin Haynie.

He was a lifelong resident of St. George Island and worked as a waterman.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Nancy. They married on October 26, 1970 in Leonardtown, Maryland. He is also survived by his sister, Cindy, and brother, Scotty, both formerly of St. George Island and now in Tennessee.
