Anita Gannon, 65, of St. Leonard, MD passed away on April 23, 2009 in Anne Arundel Medical Center. Anita was born on November 24, 1943 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles and Rose Ubel Cumberland.

Beloved wife of Roland Gannon of St. Leonard, MD and devoted mother of Kimberly Madigan, Shawn A. Gannon and his wife Michelle and Erika Z. Gannon. Grandmother of Madigan Horne and Gabrielle Horne, she is also survived by her siblings, Bob Cumberland, Joan Cumberland, and Rose Cumberland.

The family will receive friends at the Rausch Funeral Home, 8325 Mt. Harmony Road, Owings, MD on Monday April 27, 2009 from 11 – 12:30 PM where services will follow at 12:30PM. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Glen Burnie, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Leonard, Rescue Squad or the Salvation Army.
