Ms. Frances M. Kaplin, age 77, of Waldorf MD passed May 14, 2025 at Charles Regional Medical Center LaPlata MD. She was born March 28, 1948 in Rochester NY. She previously lived in Chesterfield, MI. Fran loved animals, old "who done it" movies and puzzles. Memorial contributions may be made to the World Wildlife Fund or your local Animal Shelter.
