Robert Allen "Bob" Weir, 68, of Huntingtown passed away January 26, 2025. He was born on December 14, 1956, in Washington, D.C. to Lester P. and Martha L. (Work) Weir. Bob was raised in Annapolis Junction in Howard County and graduated from Atholton High School in Columbia. Bob worked with his family his whole life. He owned and operated Weir Woodworking. He also worked with his brothers for Pure Mountain Water Company, which later became Deer Park, and later as a graphic artist for Old Town Screenprinting. In his spare time, Bob enjoyed gardening, canning and woodworking. He was a talented artist, especially in pen and ink and acrylic painting. He was also an amateur architect and helped draw the designs for several family members' homes. Bob loved Civil War history and was a long-time supporter of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans. He was a patron of Gettysburg National Park, where he participated in reenactments and helped to maintain the grounds.

Bob is survived by his wife, Deborah L. "Debbie" Wisniewski, brother George Weir and wife Lora, nephew Kenny Weir and fiancé Jessica Nutter, niece Lauren Weir Daigle and husband Michael, and nephews Brendan and Jesse Weir. Also surviving are great-nieces Ella and Clara Daigle and great-nephew Kaiden Sams and his beloved cat Cindy Lou. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Lester P. Weir, Jr.
