Jayantibhai Jagjivandas Mistry of Nogama, India, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the age of 76. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

Born to Jagubhai Naranbhai Mistry and Parvatiben Mistry on January 29, 1949, in Nogama, India, Jayantibhai's journey was one of love and adventure. He met his lovely wife, Damyantiben, when he was very young, and they were married on May 12, 1973. Together, they embraced a life filled with exploration and happiness, first leaving India for Canada, and later making their way to the United States to pursue the American Dream. They were married for over fifty blissful years.

As a watch enthusiast, Jayantibhai had his own successful watch shop in Nogama, then he moved his ambitions to shining diamonds in Navsari. Once he reached his financial freedom in his passions, him and his lovely wife moved to Chikhli in 1996 and settled down. In 2007, they both moved to America and started working in a motel named Super 8 in Waldorf Maryland until 2020. Once his working years were finished, he enjoyed his final years traveling and prioritizing family above everything else.

Jayantibhai lived a wonderful life surrounded by his beloved wife, Damyantiben; devoted son, Anand; wonderful daughters, Priti and Kamini; cherished sons-in-law, Rajesh and Mehul; ambitious grandson, Ritik; beautiful granddaughters, Aanya and Heli; caring brothers, Vinodbhai and Rohitbhai; loving sisters, Hansaben, Umiyaben, Jayaben, and the late Ramaben. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, laughter, and a reminder to embrace every moment with joy.

In his free time, Jayantibhai cherished the simple joys of life: spending time with family, sharing laughter with friends, and watching his favorite TV shows, including Tarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma, Kundali Bhagya, Bhagya Lakshmi, and Shrimad Ramayan. He was also an avid fan of Amitabh Bachchan movies. His greatest pleasure, however, came from his grandchildren, who brought an endless amount of happiness to his life.

Jayantibhai was truly a legend with a zest for life. His undeniable presence radiated warmth, and the lasting impact he made will be felt by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family and friends are invited to share memories and honor his incredible spirit beginning at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at Brinsfield Funeral Homes & Crematory, 30195 Three Notch Rd, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
